Association Dues

Annual Dues

Tanglewood Greenbrier operates on a fiscal budget year.  As such, annual assessments are due on January 1st. 

• Annual dues were $350.00 per home for the 2025 budget year. 

Sewer Assessments

Sewer assessments are paid on a quarterly basis with payments due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st in the amount of $142.00 per quarter.  Sewer Assessments are paid to Tanglewood Golf Community's HOA, as Tanglewood Golf's HOA currently oversees the wastewater treatment facility.
