Mod Request Info
The primary purpose for providing architectural control is to ensure the proper and harmonious development of the community in order to maximize its aesthetic beauty and its blending with the surrounding area.
Before making any alternations to the appearance of any site within the community, the homeowner is responsible for submitting a Modification Request for review and approval.
- There is NO FEE for this process.
- Requests are typically reviewed and a decision is provided to the homeowner within 10 business days. Some requests may take longer to review and approve, but should not exceed 30 days.
The process is straightforward and includes these key components:
- Review the Bylaws and Covenants to become familiar with general community aesthetic guidelines
- Fill out a Modification Request Form (download below)
- Attach a drawing or rendering, specific plans, placement of any new structure(s) (where applicable) on plot plan, listing of planned materials to use, and proposed construction/completion schedule
- Submit the form and supporting documents for review and approval
